Bad Parenting

Here's some brat. The neighborhood kid, who thinks its cool to climb out his 2nd-story window even though he's all of 3. And obviously makes a habit of it, judging by his comfortability with it, and the number of toys strewn about on the porch-roof; not to mention the "personal fan" he maintains. Also indicated by the parents who rest comfortably inside, letting the toys on the roof babysit their child. The girl knocking on the door was attempting to get the parents to do their parental duty.  I call this kid "blanket"; named after Michael Jackson's kid whom he once dangled over a balcony. If this kid lives another year we'll call him, "lucky". Class act.
